The supervisors entered into an agreement with Homebase to develop a Homelessness Reduction Strategic Plan, approved amending the Groundwater Sustainability Plan in the Delta-Mendota Subbasin and entered into an agreement with SCCCD for vocational education and financial literacy for CalWORKS participants.
