Lindsay City Council issues proclamation for Pride Month; plans pride flag-raising at City Hall
On the same day Fresno County moved toward limiting the flags flown on county properties, the city of Lindsay in Tulare County issued a proclamation honoring Pride Month and announced that the Pride flag will be flown at City Hall.
