Here’s what you need to know
- The City of Fresno Planning Commission met on Nov. 16, 2022, and moved forward a 188-lot single-family residential subdivision in the Parc West project submitted by Giannetta Engineering on behalf of Granville Homes. The project is located on the east side of the North Garfield Avenue alignment between the West Ashlan Avenue and West Gettysburg Avenue Alignments. The property is vacant land zoned RS-5 with a General Plan land use designation of Medium Density Residential. The net acreage is 28.9 for a density of 6.5 units per acre.
- According to the meeting agenda, the Parc West project will consist of the construction of up to 844 single-family residential units, a 1.819- acre park, and installation of a trail system that will connect to the city’s existing/future trail network in the area.

The meeting is called to order at 6:00 pm with two members absent. Pledge of Allegiance led by Chair Peter Vang. The agenda was approved.
Public Comment (via Zoom): Lisa Flores, a resident from District 1, says reports made by the district committee should be addressed in tonight's item discussion.
The consent calendar was approved, but ID 22-1758 was not discussed in tonight's meeting. No reports by commissioners or secretary.
The meeting adjourned at 6:09 p.m. The next City of Fresno Planning Commission is scheduled for December 7.
