The council approved the hiring of the new City Controller Santino Danisi, several housing initiatives: including a Voucher Incentive Program, Land Trust agreement, Central Fresno Neighborhood Trust and establishing the No Place Like Home initiative, which includes down payment assistance and two tiny home villages.
