Documented by Josef Sibala

What happened: The Fresno County Planning Commission decided to continue to a future meeting date a consent agenda item on a proposed support infrastructure site for Clovis Unified School District’s Terry Bradley Educational Center.

The commission will determine whether the district can use the proposed site near Highland and Shields avenues for the construction of support infrastructure, including wastewater treatment, domestic water well, and solar for its proposed new education center site, which is in the exclusive agricultural zone district.

The proposed site is approximately one half-mile from the City of Clovis and within its sphere of influence, and approximately 1.5 miles east of the City of Fresno.

Up next: The Fresno County Planning Commission is scheduled to meet again at 8:45 a.m. on Thursday, March 23.
