The Fresno teachers’ union is calling for an investigation into an AI-generated report that detailed fabricated claims about the union. The Fresno Teachers’ Association has also demanded the public relations employee who generated the document — longtime district spokesperson Nikki Henry — be fired. KVPR

Southeast Fresno residents are encouraged to nominate names for a new park on Peach Avenue. City leaders broke ground on the park in February and are asking residents to submit nominations by June 15. “We’re looking for a name that reflects someone or something that has made a meaningful impact in our community,” Councilmember Brandon Vang said in a social media post. The Fresno County Library invites the public to learn the basics of folk dancing. Participants do not need to come with a partner. Newcomers of all ages are welcome! Classes will be led by members of the Fresno Scandinavian & Nordic Folk Dancers and the Fresno International Folk Dancers. Classes are set for 6pm on June 9 & 23 and again July 14 & 28n at the Woodward Park Regional Library, 944 E. Perrin Ave. Fresno County Public Library.
