☀️ Good morning! It’s Monday, Sept. 9. This is Rob and today might be the last 100-degree day Fresno sees for a while. The National Weather Service in Hanford calls for a high today of around 102, followed by a string of cooler days, with temperatures tumbling to the mid and low 80s around the middle of the week.

🎉Fresno residents are invited to Fiestas Patrias 2024 beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, with a parade followed at 12:30 p.m. by a festival on Fulton Street.

🏡 Fresno State plans to build student housing for the first time in more than five decades, KVPR reported. The university announced Friday plans for a $59 million 228-unit apartment-style complex near existing residence halls that could be ready for students as soon as next fall. The campus will have about 1,500 beds across 10 buildings.
