After hearing from more than ten residents concerned about its impact on traffic and loitering in the area, the commissioners moved forward a convenience store with liquor license and a drive-thru for the corner of Clovis and Dakota Avenues, in addition to plans to incorporate VMT requirements into the General Plan.
