At its Jan. 26 meeting, the Clovis Planning Commission moved forward a rezone to multi-family residential for a 12-unit infill development near Alluvial and Sunnyside Avenues.

Clovis residents plead for fair resolution following city water-main break + liquor license denial

At the Jan. 17 Clovis City Council meeting, members of three families whose homes were damaged by a city water-main break over a year ago appeared in person to plead with the council for a fair resolution to the displacement and loss of property they have experienced.

At the Jan. 9, 2023 Clovis City Council meeting, City Attorney Scott Cross provided an update on Senate Bill 1439, which prohibits city council members from participating in a proceeding involving a request from someone who has contributed in excess of $250 to a campaign.
