🎸 Mark your calendars for one of my absolute favorite Fresno events of the year – Tower Porchfest – this Saturday. This year, over 150 musicians will be performing on porches scattered throughout the Tower District, with scattered eats and drinks. I highly recommend roaming around on a bike to maximize the experience, but the FresnoHop also has a special route planned for those not inclined to use their feet. 🛑 Using social media to highlight dangerous intersections can work sometimes, apparently – after a video of a car nearly hitting a man in front of his home at Tulare and Minnewawa Avenues in southeast Fresno went viral in January, city and county officials have finally broken an impasse and agreed to install a new four-way stop at the intersection, ABC30 reports.
