What happened: During the Fresno Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee meeting, a Caltrans representative provided an update on various projects, including a Clean California beautification project that will add Class II bikes lanes at Divisadero and Tulare streets through the state Route 41 interchange.

John Liu, deputy district director of maintenance and operations, said that Caltrans is also planning to add bike lane enhancements at state Route 99 at Clinton Avenue, state Route 168 at Ashlan Avenue, and state Route 168 at Temperance Avenue interchanges.
