On this week’s Fresnolandia podcast, Jordan, Dani and Julianna speak with Jesse Molina, and adjunct professor at the San Joaquin College of Law and the founder/attorney at Valley Business Law Solutions; and, with Vince Tennerelli, a former United States attorney, adjunct professor at the San Joaquin College of Law, and associate counsel for Community Health Systems.
They discuss Shakespearean tragedies and dive into the corporate and criminal legal issues committed by Bitwise co-founders Jake Soberal and Irma Olguin, Jr. that led both of them to being sentenced to time in federal prison. They answered questions about how these cases get prosecuted, the role of due diligence, and whether the money owed will ever get paid back.
(Note: Vince is not speaking on behalf of his current employer, Community Health Systems.)
